Nerve Naturopathy Chiropractic & Massage is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality, cost effective medical care. We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover), and FSA/HSA/HRA cards

Insurance: 

 

We accept nearly all major insurance plans including:

  • Most Major Medical Insurances:

  • VA Provider

  • L&I Provider

  • Personal Injury, Third Party, and Motor Vehicle Collision cases accepted

Out of Pocket: 

  • Naturopathic: $250 for 60 minutes, $100 for 30 minute follow ups

  • Chiropractic: $150 for First Exam/Adjustment, $65 for follow ups

  • Dry Needling: $150 for Exam/Treatment, $85 for follow ups

​

Additional Fees: 

There are additional fees for no call no shows, adjunct services, or supplementation/nutraceuticals.
